CWFFF National Velvet with pre screen talk from Dr Tom Wareham

Charlton and Woolwich free film festival present National Velvet - with pre screen talk from Dr Tom Wareham    

Unfortunately Tom Wareham is unable to give his pre screen talk on Friday 3rd September, however the talk will be rescheduled for a later date, yet to be confirmed, and tickets will be valid. The screening of National Velvet will go ahead as planned.
Shrewsbury House host a screening of National Velvet as part of the Charlton & Woolwich free film festival, with a pre screening talk about Enid Bagnold from Dr Tom Wareham.
Dr Tom Wareham is the author of Oxleas: History, Conservation and Collection in an Urban Woodland (2020), and Chair of the Friends of Oxleas Woodlands. He was formerly a curator at the Museum of London.  

In this talk Tom will talk about Enid Bagnold and her connection with Shooters Hill, and will give some context to the book National Velvet and Enid’s other writings.
