Counselling

One-to-one couselling is available by appointment six days a week. If there been a time in your life when you might have felt lost, alone, angry, frightened or even isolated, you may have felt that there was no way out. One to one counselling in a warm, safe, friendly, confidential and non judgmental environment provides a way for you to explore painful and difficult emotions.

Support and Friendship

An ageing population means that many more people are living longer, often with chronic health conditions such as dementia. The level of care from their close family can put severe strain on relationships and lead to feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Shrewsbury House offers a regular place to meet for those living with dementia and those caring for them.
