Laura Villa is a qualified yoga teacher with a wealth of experience of teaching young people, including those with learning difficulties. She helps to remove the barriers to wellbeing, and supports parents and children to enjoy yoga together, and enhance their wellbeing, healthy minds and bodies.

These gentle classes give us the space to ‘just be’.  We find the different ways our body and mind can feel comfort, calm and peace.

Regular yoga practice with your child offers:

About me

I am an Integral Hatha Yoga teacher and a member of the Independent Yoga Network.  My focus is on cultivating a practice space that is welcoming and accessible. 


Classes are structured and offer the classical yoga forms, including postures (Asanas), breathing (Pranayama), mindfulness and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
We work with ease to encourage a shared independent hatha practice at home.

Please bring a mat, a warm blanket and cushion to classes. 

It is recommended to wear comfortable loose clothing.
Suitable for beginners.
