I am an executive coach working with women in leadership, aged between late 30’s and 40’s, who are feeling stuck, experiencing a loss of confidence, like they ‘did not sign up for this’, like their priorities have shifted and it is time for change. Or like they are fire fighting in a time of chaos and cannot complete a single thought. So that they can re focus, get the spring back in their step and get back to what they do best trusting the resources that got them to where they are in the first place.
If any of this resonates with you and you have an interest in individual, group or coaching get in touch. Email: Lucy@lucytimmons.com or call me on 07779124516 and we can arrange a half hour chat with a cuppa to see how I can be of help.

I have 20 years of experience in education, with leadership experience up to and including executive headship. I have an MA in education from Goldsmiths where I was supervised by Michael Rosen, who assisted me in my research into ‘Rehearsal Room Pedagogy’ as a mode of learning.

I am an ILM level 7 executive coach accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and an active member of the Association for Coaching. I trained as an actor at the Oxford School of Drama and align my professional acting skills and experience with my learning, training and development both as an educator and an executive coach.

I specialise in working with individuals, groups and teams and adhere to the following coaching principles:

  • All sessions are confidential
  • All sessions are non-judgemental
  • The coachee is the driver of their development and has all the resources they need.
  • The coach’s role is to join the coachee along their journey and to provide purposeful challenge rooted in equality and respect
  • Coaching is to facilitate direction and identify actions to take the coachee towards their goals
  • Coaching involves the whole person

Feedback from coachees:

‘The most useful things for me have been my shift in attitude/response to the things I cannot control. Understanding myself better and why I respond the way I do to certain people and situations. Understanding the importance of looking after myself and reconnecting with my body and what it is telling me. Feeling empowered to take the right action needed to make the tricky things in my life better.’ Head Teacher

‘Genuinely life changing actually. Sessions were productive and we were able to explore my issues openly and frankly I needed to discuss. I felt like it was a safe and protected space for open, honest and non-judgmental reflection.’ Assistant Headteacher

‘I liked when you shared the images you had in your head when I had just been explaining something.  I think it is because of the theme of stories and journeys behind your practice and I believe this makes you a special and unique kind of coach.’ Actor
