Azura Chocolat wasfounded in 2020 by me, Delphine Jean-Gilles. Currently based in London and working as an Artisan Chocolatier, I am orginally from Paris where I grew up before moving to London in 2006.
The starting point of my career as a Chocolatier was the development of chocolate bar recipes, made exclusively with single origin cocoa beans from a cocoa plantation located in Nigeria, West Africa. After completing a bean- to -bar course in Italy, I enrolled and graduated as a Professional Chocolatier by the Canadian School 'Ecole Chocolat'
I am currently delivering chocolate workshops to our South East London community and continue to develop a range of chocate bars for a coffee outlet in London as well as crafting bespoke, hand painted chocolate bon bons.
I look forward to sharing my passion for chocolate with regular workshops at Shrewsbury House.
