Shrewsbury House offers a wide range of activities to keep you fit and well. From the more gentle exercise of Short Mat Bowls, Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga, through various keep-fit classes aimed at different age groups and fitness levels, right up to full-on sports like fencing and Jiu Jitsu.
Keeping the local community physically and mentally fit and well is an important part of what we do.
