Barre, Ballet & Toning

Starting Tuesday 28th May (2 - 3pm)
This 1 hour session is suitable for everyone

BARRE:
Increases flexibility, strength and stamina

BALLET:
Cardio exercises centred on basic ballet technique and attention to posture

TONING:
Floor work aimed primarily at core strengthening with aid of resistance training bands

Introductory price: £3.00 per session (limited time only)
