About me-

Hi, I’m Lindsey. I am a dance and Pilates teacher, I run an established dance school and have been teaching dance for over 20 years.

I started Pilates 6 years ago, fell in love with it and the many benefits that is brings. I have been teaching Pilates for 3 years alongside my dance classes.

Pilates is a body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. Targeting the deep postural muscles, it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the whole body and bringing it into correct alignment. Pilates also helps to improve mobility, posture, and is a great way to relieve stress and tension.

My classes are mixed ability, so everyone is welcome. I also incorporate small equipment in to my classes to enhance the programme, add challenge and improve co-ordination.

Classes are £8 each.

First class free.
