Join yoga teacher Sas Jaya Devi on Wedesdays from 18:15 - 19:30 for yoga classes that support your wellbeing.
These yoga classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners, and are open to everyone, at all stages of life and fitness. You do not need to be flexible to join and benefit. In addition to physical yoga postures, you can expect pranayama (breathing techniques) mantra (chanting) and deep relaxation.
Come along and find a sense of community, peace and stillness in mindful movement with others like you.
