Yoga with Sybille
You don't need to be bendy to practice yoga. If you can breathe then you can do yoga! Everybody is warmly welcome to class.
We will start the class with some breathing and some gentle movements to warm the body and connect to ourselves. We may practice some gentle somatic movements from the SATYA method, as well as some classical gentle movements form the Hatha yoga tradition.
We'll then move on to a standing slow flow, with some lovely sequences created to warm, strengthen gently, and free the body of tensions. We'll practice classical standing postures and creative flows interlinked with the breath.
We make sure the practice is a wonderful moment for ourselves and are encouraged to listen to sensations, do what feels good in the moment and really look after ourselves.
The class winds down to a floor sequence, perhaps some meditation and definitely a nice savasana- relaxation.

The class is suitable to all levels
I am a Mindful Slow flow / Hatha / Restorative Yoga teacher (500h yoga alliance certified) in London. I have been teaching Yoga for over 10 years and been practicing for about 17... I guide public classes, workshops, retreats and one to ones. I love exploring the huge potential of Yoga for healing and for growth, physically, mentally and emotionally. My style is slow and mindful and welcomes everybody.
