To celebrate fifty years of being a community centre we're holding a day of events to showcase all the groups that use the House and to give you a chance to try out new activities you might like to join in with.

Children’s History Hunt

Find Princess Charlotte in each room and discover the history of this beautiful grade II listed building

Community Cake Off

Enter your cake creation into our community cake off. Great bake prizes to be won. Bring your cakes to the library, with list of ingredients, by 1pm.  Judging by Feast Café Kitchen at 2pm.

Photo competition

Enter your image of any ‘Aspects of Shooters Hill and the Community’. Bring your prints up to A4 size, for display to Room 1 by 12 noon. Judging by Aperture at 3pm

Art exhibition

See the stunning drawings, paintings, arts, crafts and photography created by the Life drawing group, Art Plumstead and Aperture Woolwich Photographic Society

Watch a series of fencing matches using the three fencing weapons, the Foil, Epee and Sabre. The club has both a junior and adult section and runs beginner classes for both.
